    • This policy affects all persons and groups, within the Parish, and outside the Parish, who wish to use any room in the Family Life Center effective August 1, 2017.

    • We will have separate policies for parish activities and outside activities, however parish activities will receive priority in the event of a scheduling conflict.

    •  All users will be required to sign a user agreement and follow all procedures and rules as defined in the new Family Life Center Guidelines. Everyone must make reservations to use any space of the Family Life Center facilities, including recurring meetings and events.

    • Kitchen Coordinator training will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 @ 9:00 am. Any parishioner is welcome to become a trained Kitchen Coordinator and be involved in assisting groups who hold events in the Family Life Center. We especially encourage each parish group to have at least 3-5 members become trained Kitchen Coordinators.
