God has called us all, to participate in our parish at some level. It takes all of us in our different roles to make this a vibrant community of faith. The ministry of Gift Bearer is a time during the Mass when anyone, no matter what your level of involvement, can actively take part in the Mass. No special training is required to serve in this ministry, just your commitment to serve at any given Mass.

Please stop by the table in the foyer to sign-up! If you are not able to locate the sign-up sheet, please ask an usher or greeter for assistance.

You probably have a litany of complaints about your priest. But what does your priest think about YOU?

In this episode, I sat down with Fr. Leo Patalinghug (yes, the priest who beat Bobby Flay), and I gave him permission to unload.

He offers sound reasons for WHY we should care about the way we confess our sins and our approach to attending Mass. He has some beautiful thoughts on God's mercy, the seal of Confession, and showing respect to the Lord by fully immersing ourselves in the liturgy.

ABOUT ST PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH

Our St. Paul logo was designed by fellow parishioner Lori Brechtel, a graphic designer. Lori put great thought and detail into its design. She began by seeking out a symbol of our church that would be readily identifiable to all of our members - the circular, quartered round window on our building.

The yellow, starbust portion represents the light of Christ that blinded Paul, and that light which we show to each other among our congregation, and others. it is "bursting" from the confines of our own church and radiating into the world.
